XF 2.2 New Navigation Link

Hi may i know how to create custom New Navigation Link like default is Home | Forums | What's new | Media | Resources | Members | Upgrade(links to custom page URL) | and so on

I know but what I meant is is there like any guide on how to create custom category for it like example " staff tools" inside it is admin panel /moderator cp etc

Just create a Basic type nav tab. Then create another one and choose Parent navigation entry to be in previously created nav tab.
