Duplicate New lines following [list] are lost on each edit

Each time you edit a post using the TinyMCE editor a new line is lost after each list tag (see test thread)

This is very annoying for addon threads and similar constantly-updating OPs - you have to go through and hit enter after every occurrence of a list to keep the post formatted correctly. Even if it is a TinyMCE bug, it's definitely worth a workaround.

I'm using Firefox 3.6.13, not sure if other browsers are affected. This has been a bug since the first beta, I just haven't got round to reporting it.

Though the HTML->BB code stuff is an absolute nightmare. I have tried to make changes, but most things I do introduce different issues.
