New category to custom fields

Is there a way to add another category to custom fields for users?

I.e. there's Personal Details, Contact Details, Preferences; was wondering if I can add a fourth?

Hi there! Yes there is, you can do so by navigating to /admin.php?custom-user-fields/

This only allows creation of custom fields, not categories.

Oh! My bad, it is possible with specific things like addons, but probably not easily without an addon made for it.
