XF 2.0 need to release every new post, why ?

Why do i need to manual release every new post a user makes.
this was not in the old vb forum, where do i need to manage this.

By default this is not how XenForo works. You must have set the following User group permission:

Admin control panel -> Groups & permissions -> User group permissions -> Registered -> Submit content without approval

Make sure this setting is set to No.

by default all thread and post goes with no approval, only when add new node and forum there is a option for moderate all new thread.

do i miss something?

well i my custom made user groups from vb don't have the right permisions.
i have to alter them by hand

custom usergroup is other thing you must add permission.

Often it's not clear to new XenForo users, make sure ALL members are in the Registered user group as the primary user group. Then if you have created a another user group you will use the Secondary user group for that.

everybody can write posts and start threads on all nodes.

Yes go to forums -> node permissions

From there you can set specific permissions for certain nodes. By default they are inherited from the usergroup so you can only select "No" for the ones you don't want. "Never" is rarely used though and is usually only needed to over ride something that won't work without it
