need to know before purchase

i stuck on SMF because TINYPORTAL and many extension.
it can PROMOTE each topic to Frontpage.

- Can i do that with xenForo? or which extension can do?
- Does xenForo support mobile display?
- Social integration? (facebook login, like, share or twitter)
- Feature about auto watermark when upload attachment?
- Feature about auto send email to moderator when someone post new topic?

1. Sounds like you can do this with xenPorta and promoted/featured threads
2. Yes; the default theme is fully responsive as are many other paid/free themes
3. Social integration is absolutely a feature with xF
4. Not sure about watermarks; perhaps someone could create the addon for you?
5. I believe there is an addon for this.

Xenporta allows threads to be promoted to the front page.

I think there are addons that do the rest of your requirements as well.

/ XenForo 1.2.0 is responsive by default, so it is mobile friendly
/ for Social Integration check out these add-ons: Social Share by @xfrocks or Social Connect by @Chris Deeming
/ You can add watermark to your images with WaterMark add-on by @HDJuegos
/ Every moderator will be notified for each new topic if they will watch certain forum, this is a default XenForo feature
