XF 1.1 Need help with vBulletin Redirects

I have a large number of links in Google to my old vBulletin site in this format:

http://www.progresstalk.com/forum/d...server-and-now-progress-won-t-open-a-database

What type of rewrite rules do I need in my Apache .htaccess to call the XF showthread.php script with the correct thread ID parameter?

Thanks, I have that add-on installed, however it still gives me a thread not found error when using links like the one I posted above.

Yeah that looks like a vBSEO URL. Follow the above link.
