Need Help with DFP for Publishers [2.x]

I just upgraded my forum from 1.5 to 2.0.4, and the ads I've been running using DFP are not running where they did before. I know I have to put in codes that allow them to appear, but I just can't figure out where they go. Can someone help me with this? Thanks!

You might be missing the DFP "setup" portion where the ad slots are defined. I didn't upgrade from V1.5 to XF2 as we upgraded from Vbulletin, but in my reading up on DFP integration, it was suggested to put the DFP code into one of the templates which may have been overwritten.

For XF2, we have put the DFP setup codes into the google_analytics template.

And then created the advertising slots as per CoZmicShReddeR's post - /admin.php?advertising/
