Need a System Admin to help Optimize our Server and Forum

We're looking for some help to optimize our forum settings and server settings; we recently upgraded from Xenforo 1.5 to 2.1.4 and we've been having a lot of stuttering, "Oops" errors, and some very popular addons that others seem to be using with no issue have caused us a lot of problems.
