RM 2.0 Navigation tab name

OK, I don't know if it's not possible or if I'm just showing my stupid side.

I rename the resource manage navigation tab by entering debug mode. And obviously that change does not stick through upgrades.

Am I missing a phrase somewhere that it will stick across upgrades?
