XF 1.2 Navbar when logged in and logged out.

Here is the deal, I use the theme Fusion Gamer modified on www.wildstaronline.de

here is the behaviour:

When logged out, the navbar has all it's items listed. I want this to be the case when I am logged in. Unfortunately when logged in, this 3 bar graphics is being added for whatever reason.

The second one is the one I want to have no matter you are logged in or out. How can this be done?

The icon (3 bars) is added because there isn't enough space for all the tabs to display I assume. Things that play a role in it are usually padding. So you must have more tabs displaying to logged in users than guest.

We reduced the padding in the latest version + made some other enhancements to fix the navigation

I was busy all day, gonna give it a try and see if I can find the changes since unfortunately we designed our changes in the main theme. Ugh, I didn't know anything, and we are all fairly inexperienced just trying to make things work. I'll file a support claim if needed. Don't want to bug you guys all too much.
