Converting to XenForo is called Importing right?
Is there a guide to follow.

The attachments directory could not be found.

It's default. Uploads

But.. the avatars, and signature did not import either?
Only some avatars and signatures got converted but some haven't?

Did you rebuild the cache once the conversion was completed? If you did not, please see section Finalizing the Import.
