My license was blocked without any reason

Hi. Just bought license yesterday.
Today i can see it's blocked (and money not refunded).
No any reason explained for blocking my license.
I don't understand what happened at all.

You filed a PayPal dispute for the license payment claiming that (paraphrasing): "the quality of XenForo is not satisfactory, the code is not that good, there was no support".

I trust that explains why.

I should point out that you posted at midnight last night, did not submit a ticket for support and instead filed the dispute within a few hours of creating the thread.
