My Licence has ran out but when I brought the licence last year I brought the Installation Service aswell now that I need to buy a new licence do I need to rebuy the Installation service?

To clarify, the installation service is only required if you want us to do a new install for you.
It is not required for an existing site.
To maintain access to new releases and ticket support, you just need to purchase an annual renewal.
Or you can just continue running the site as is.
