My Elasticsearch setup used to be really solid. I used the guide on this forum on how to install Elasticsearch 7.x on Xenforo and it worked fine for years. A few months ago it stopped and I hadn't messed with it for so long that I had to figure out how to enter the Terminal command to start it back up.
Now it seems to be crashing every day or two. I've even added crontab entries to stop it at 2:30 in the morning and start it back up just to see if that will resolve it.
Has anyone else expereinced this?
What parameters can I change or maintenance can I perform on my Elasticsearch install to make it stable? My Linux knowledge is lmited.
