I've been looking for something to replace our old addon for sometime. We would face issues with this without some features.

Moderator's handle multiple account users too so it would need to report to a thread, or use XF report system.

Does this have usergroup permission so some can bypass the check?

No, there is no user group permission. Only admins with the permissions to view Multiple accounts detector will be able to view the multiple accounts logs.

When you say some can bypass the check, do you mean to exclude certain ip addresses and devices from being logged?

For example admins. Let's say I have a 2nd account for debugging/testing will this be constantly reported?

Thank you for the clarification. Yes, in the current version of the app all multiple accounts will be reported. I have made a note of this though and I will look into including it in the app as I find it very useful. Thank you for the suggestion.

The option to exclude users from being shown in the multiple accounts log has been added.

No option to buy. Buy button just opens up private messaging

That's because I haven't set up an automated payment option yet. If you are interested in purchasing this please send me a personal message here.

No, there are no report alerts in the current version.
Ok. I'm not a huge fan of manual work lol. Another thing I've noticed is the when you search multiple IP users list it displays all logins from each user, shouldn't it only display the multiple users detected?

I hear you. Regarding the alerts, do you mean for new registrations? For example, if an user registers an account from the same device where other accounts have been registered before, the add on creates an automated thread that can be posted in the staff forum?

Can you please tell me where do you search for the multiple ip users list or provide a screenshot if possible?

Rene_V updated Multiple accounts detector/Prevent multiple accounts registrations with a new update entry:

What's new?

Automated registration threads:
  • Whenever an user registers an account to your forum from a device which has been used to register more than one account previously, a thread will be posted automatically at a forum of your choice listing that user's previous accounts. This option can be enabled and disabled from the add on 's settings where you can also select the starter of the automated threads and the forum where you want those threads to be posted. The thread title and...
