XF 1.2 Moving Xenforo From Subdirectory to Subdomain

Hi, my community is in subdirectory, how to move Xenforo from subdirectory to subdomain? I want to move and rename, from http://dipolog.com/community to http://forums.dipolog.com

You'll need to set up the sub domain and then set the board URL in the ACP to be the new one.

Ok, I will set up sub domian: forums.dipolog.com. Where do I locate the board URL in the ACP?

It doesn't seem to work, When i type http://forums.dipolog.com/ it will show "Index of /".
I already change the board URL to http://forums.dipolog.com. I change it back because our site is live.

Did you move the site to the appropriate sub-domain directory? Or configure it to point to the current file locations?

No, I didn't move the site, how can I move the site?

You'll need to copy all the files from one location to the new location and switch your board URL.

Hi is it possible if I could only rename the /community to /forums? And the location of the board URL is: http://forums.dipolog.com?

Yes, that is essentially 'moving' the site.

Does renaming it affect the url and files inside the /community?

I'm not sure what you're asking? If you rename it, yes, the contents will go along with it.
