XF 1.2 moving the position of a plugin

Hey guys, quick question for you, im fairly limited on my knowledge of php/css etc, but I wanted to move the position of a plugin below where another plugin appears....

I am able to do this in google chrome by editing the code by moving div class=sectionmain but I dont know what exactly i should be editing in the template files.
