XF 1.4 Moving reply screen lower with sticky menu?

Hi, when people click reply to a post, the text editor shows up much too high. How can I fix this without affecting the responsive layout (if at all possible)? Thanks !

If this is part of a custom style, usually the author of that style would have to implement something to circumvent this.
