XF 2.2 Moving from direcotory to a new domain root

I want to move our xenforo forums to their own domain name and have them reside in the root directory. What is the best procedure for doing this?

Here is another question. Is is possible for me to do a new install since we have two lic and then move all the users from one xenforo install to another xenforo install?

You can use the importer add-on to import from XF2 to XF2.

Ok, I purchased and installed the latest version and it appears I need to install the importers. I downloaded the zip but there are no install instructions for the importers that I have found as of yet.
