Add-on Move users not active for x amount of days to registered usergroup

I looking for a addon that moves inative users for a x amount of days to registered usergroup. Someone can help me?

Also, you do realize all users of your XF site should be in the registered group?

Version 1.5.13 and i made it so the default group registered cannot see anyhting on the board only higher ranks

How does this remove a user from the current usergroup and set primary group to registered? And how do i keep the user in the registered group even if they become active again?
