RM 2.1 Move Download Button

My users sometimes have a hard time locating the download button. I'd like to either move the download button somewhere more visible, or duplicate it within the resource description. Anyone done something similar?

Anyone? I'd like to move the download button to the left side of the page, between the tabs bar and the body of the resource.

Same, I feel that people would like it to have it more visible.
