One of the things that annoys me the most with the resource manager is that people that directly go into the resources are asking support questions in the review section.
Person X who isn't tech savvy, neither can understand English very well, rates a mod with 1 star plus the comment "NO WORKY! BIG BUG!" and leaves a useless rating while 9/10 it's the user not reading properly and should seek support first.
People tend to overlook the support button entirely so tossed around with some code and placed the download button and the discussion thread button at the top of the sidebar under the visitor panel (had to put that in too as it is missing) so there is more focus on both the support button and the download button as they are now at the same position.
I proposed this before a few years ago and the answer was that its not possible to implement as on the discussion thread level the download button would disappear. But...
