There's an increasing number of touchscreen devices out there. Phones, of course, but also strong sales of iPad and the swarm of competitors that are soon to come. Bearing this in mind, I find it worrying that so many interface elements require a mouseover, which of course can't be replicated with touch.

I'm thinking in time they will develop a mobile version of the forum that will be optimized for touchscreen devices.

All good points - just bear in mind that this is alpha software and we are developing for the biggest audience first, but there will certainly be considerations for touch devices and accessibility in due course.
