Lack of interest Most recent post on top?

Instead of the traditional last post at the end page, could you make it so the user can choose to have the newest posts first (oldest posts last)? That way when they view the thread, the newest post will always be on top (just below the original post). The original post will always be unique and will remain on top as it is presently. I visit a forum that has this function and it works very nicely.

I wasn't really asking for support. I was simply asking if this could be added to the core XenForo install. The add-on was a side note @beerForo suggested.
