Modifying urls

I am in the process of moving my forum from vb to xen. I have my db transferred and am curious if there is a way to edit the url of post in my xenforo setting to match the ones from my vb setting.

There's really only about 20 urls I am concerned about breaking, that I would like to address.

If you're concerned about individual urls I'd suggest to recreate them trough an .htaccess redirection instead of messing with other settings.
