moderators queue

I have one member that for the last 2 weeks when ever she posts it goes through this and then someone has to approve her post what would cause this

Two things to check:

Admin CP -> Applications -> Display Node Tree -> [click the forum] -> Moderate all messages posted in this forum

Admin CP -> Users -> List User Groups -> [click the group] -> Follow message moderation rules
