Won't fix Moderator Logs "missing" data

If you remove a post without a reason, the log includes a weird empty reason. See screenshot.

If you don't include a reason, then (reason:) shouldn't even be there in the first place.

The way phrases work, there's no conditional support. This would require a separate phrase, which I don't really think is worthwhile anyway.

The R in reason should be capitalised...

Also, it looks strange this way. It shouldn't be there.
