XF 1.5 Moderator Bar Colour

I am using the default theme and would like to change the Moderator/Admin bar colour to the header colour blue but cannot find any information on it.
I tried
#moderatorBar
{
background-color: blue !important;
}
in Extra.css but it didnt do anything at all.
Can someone please push me in the right direction.

background-color: @primaryMedium !important;
}

Are you using a third party style?

You would need to set a new colour for border-bottom.
