Moderator Actions are hidden in a collapsible thread tools menu.
This suggestion is to treat them like edits, with a line in the post but only visible to mods and admin which can be clicked to bring you to the same page as the thread tools selection.
Example:
Edited by _________ (clickable)
Moderated by _________ (clickable, only visible to those who can view moderator actions)
I would like when you click you see all the actions and "reasons" that were sent to the member, if applicable.
Use case: I want my mods to see that actions have been taken so they can click and learn.
