I utilize the moderation queue for new un-approved users.
Reading the message, clicking on the user URL to get a feel of legitimacy makes me then approve or delete the post and user.
What I would like to see is a link to the actual post within the thread to learn more relevance on the context of the proposed new post. Sometimes when I really want to do that I have to go the complicated route of looking up the new users profiles activity to see where that to be moderated posts belongs to.
I would imagine this is a minor addition for the XF developers to ad right next to the message field.
