mod_security caused problems with XF

Just want to let people know that I ran into many strange problems when using mod_security and XF. I was using default rules. I had to disable it. No big deal since XF is secure.

Another approach is to simply disable certain rules on certain folders. There aren't many that XF conflicts with.
