Mobile site too narrow...

I'm wondering if someone wouldn't mind looking at my forum on their phone to see if the width is being restricted.

I have an iPhone 7 plus and I've attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

I'm trying to figure out why the forum doesn't expand to full screen. I've tried turning off the mobile background image (logo at top) to see if that was causing it, but it didn't change anything.

I thought someone here might have some insight into which setting I can change to make it 100%. Wasn't sure if it was a style setting issue or something in the forum settings.

I see it narrow also, test on a unmodified default style to ensure it is a style issue.

is it to do with the bottom ad?

Could be, only way to tell would be for the OP to disable that ad.
