Fixed Missing "URL" phrase in Editor

Hello,

I started to translate the XF2 language pack to Arabic language, I found that the phrase "URL" in the editor doesn't change even I insure that I translated the right phrase but it seems the coresponding phrase is not linked properly to the editor template.

This looks to be an issue with the underlying Froala link plugin so I have reported this to them. This will remain open awaiting a resolution from them.

This has been resolved in the Froala release which will be included in 2.0.1.
