XF 1.2 Missing Post New Thread Button in One Category

I seem to be missing the New Thread button in only one category of forums on my installation and I can't figure out why. I've checked the permissions for the forum and group permissions. But everything appears normal there. But no one can start a thread there. It's just all the forums under this one particular category.

As well as permissions have you checked the actual forum node settings?

Yes, forgot to mention that. New messages are allowed in each forum.

What happens if you navigate to /post-thread for that forum?

If it's a permission error then you have things set up incorrectly.

/post-thread doesn't work anywhere on the forum, actually. Is that used in v1.2? I get an error everywhere I try it.

However /create-thread works everywhere but those forums, if that helps at all.

Ah, yes. I didn't really notice it says No Permission.

Okay, so all these permissions are set to Inherit just like they are in every other forum. Toggling Registered Users to Allow did not work earlier today. But it worked just now. I...don't understand. I mean, it's working now, so, great. Thank you. But the one off category is going to bug me now.
