A user on our forum got the error message "Parsing response failed":


I cannot find a phrase for that.

I suspect that may be a Froala message.

It's a Froala Error message from JavaScript. I don't know there is way to translate it.

It's not something we directly expose, but it's also something that shouldn't happen without some sort of external issue. Notably, server limits or (as I pointed out in my other message) a browser extension breaking things.

They may wish to try uploading via the "attach files" button to see if that gives a different error message, which may help point to the underlying issue.
