XF 1.3 Missing Feature

Please see attached file ‘xenforoupload’, the marked bit ‘upload file’ – we do not have this on our website, please see attached pic ‘ouruploadoption’. Is this down to the design of your skin/theme I am using? Or, what’s happened here?

Aren’t all default XenForo features automatically activated ? Or, do you say it’s a XenForo error on my site?

Ensure attachments are allowed in the permissions.
