XF 2.1 missing feature

With reference to the highlighted feature in the attached picture - I do not have this in my website, even though I do have the latest XF script etc.

How do I get activate/get this feature included in my website?

You need to enable video uploads in Attachments in the ACP, then give user groups the relevant permissions to upload videos.

A bunch of video formats are enabled automatically, there's no need to add those:

i agree but in some case i notice it. because i have enable once in client site but some how it doesn't work so i just add those extension and it work good

It should work for those formats listed. If it doesn't then you need to investigate as to whether it's an add-on or other set-up causing the issue or, if you think it is a bug, report it to the XF team.
