XF 2.3 Missing Editor Toolbar

I'm sure this is something I've somehow configured incorrectly, but after upgrading to 2.3, I've realized the Editor toolbar is entirely missing. When making a new thread, editing a post, or replying, it only gives the bare text box and a tab for Discussion or Polls. There's no formatting options, Preview, code view, etc.

What settings might I have misconfigured or what should I look for?

Do you have any outdated templates and have you rebuilt the cache? Also do you have any editor or bb code manager type add-ons?

Ah. That was it -- I thought I cleared all the old add-ons but I still had an older version of this enabled. Would you believe I scanned my add-on list twice before posting here and somehow glossed over it both times..? Thank you.
