RM 2.2 Minimum number of resource files per version?

Hey everyone,

Is it possible to set a minimum number of resource files per update version? It seems possible to set the maximum, shown below.

I don't want users to have the ability to update a resource without choosing to include a file with it.
(I don't mind if update posts are optional, as long as files are required with the "post an update" action)
