It's from an add-on.
Search the phrases and the add-on should be listed alongside the phrase name.

i think this comes from an addon made by ragtek (something with invite)

I've used it but now uninstalled. Strange that the phrase is still there...

Perhaps the uninstaller doesn't work properly?
Contact ragtek and see what he has to say about it.
