XF 2.1 Migrated to test site but no i have outdated content

Hello all!
I have managed to migrate an old phpbb 2.23 to xenforo. I added some addons, bought a theme and costumised some things. I took my time, so now i have a test site with outdated content but exactly like i want my forum to be.

How to move on?
I was thinking remove all users/forums and content and import again. But... I got a personal message that thats not possible.

What is the best way to continue do you think?
are there possibilities to import changes i have made?

You will have to start over and take a backup before doing the first test import.
