ill have a look at the files and sort out an update,

When I turn off user friendly urls the tab does work, but I think it should work with both right?

The reply is sent, but this issue with the page it is sending you to doesn't exist.

there is a template for this called microsupport_navigation_tabs that you can edit

the free version only supports one email address the commercial version supports more than one depending on what one you buy.
