XF 2.2 Message User Info Elements not showing

I’m sorry if this has been asked before but I can’t find the answer anywhere. For some reason the message user into elements won’t appear in PMs or in threads and I’m pulling my hair trying to figure it out. Any ideas?

I'm assuming your custom template has been modified.

You need to look at message_user_info.

Take a look at your message_macros template. Also, a lot of those items will only appear if there is information added to be displayed. For example, if a user has not filled in the fields in their settings, nothing will be displayed.

I specifically made sure I filled out custom fields to test this with, so that isn’t the issue. I’ll check out macros tomorrow though, thank you.

OK, I've done as you have done and entered something into all fields, and they are showing up without issue. I would hazard a guess that there's either something in your theme (if you have a custom theme and not the stock theme) or something has screwed up in your message_macros template. If you are using a custom theme, try viewing on the stock default theme and if the elements show there, then the issue is elsewhere. If they don't show there, it could be a corrupt template/file. It needs further investigation beyond screenshots.
