Merging Users?

Hi,

I just added some old databases of my sites to my new site and some of the users were same in all of them like the admin(me) and some others too. They were not mearged because of different emails. Is it possible to merge them now?
If Yes then how?

There is no way to merge users currently. There is a suggestion here for this feature.

The importer can merge by email address. If you revert to a backup and redo the import then you would have the opportunity to automatically merge by email. But you would have to set appropriate emails for the users you wish to merge before running the import again.

There are no other merge options right now.

Lol i just setuped all things and at the end realized that we can`t merge users. If i redo this i will have to redo all work again and it will take 10hrs

No.

As Jake said, the only way is to rollback to before the import and redo it, selecting to merge users with the same user name or email address.

What will happen if i delete a user?
Will these posts become by guest or something else will happen?

Yes, any posts made by users which are subsequently deleted will show as Guest.

Well then maybe i have to make a plugin for it. But i am not so aware about the xenforo plugin system

Is there any good tutorial on how to make a plugin?
