Merging accounts

Hi,

I am sorry if I am using inappropriate forum, i couldn't find a better one.

I own 2 XF licenses under 2 separate accounts, both are expired. Now, if I want to merge them together under single account, do I need to renew them first (because I can't raise any support ticket for expired licenses)? Also, same question if I want to update my email address.
