Say I am watching thread A, but it gets merged into thread B (which I wasn't watching) does thread B (now with the posts of A merged into it) become watched?
That's what I thought but I just did a test and it seemed that watching thread A carried over to watching thread B with the merge, but I need to test again as I get confused easily with this sort of thing.
