XF 1.5 menu drop down

Hello,

I've searched the forum and cannot find the answer to my question. I have also opened a support ticket and was told this is styling not supported. Hoping someone can direct me to a thread i missed or let me know how to:

I am trying to style the main menu. Upon clicking the menu a drop down opens (see image). Also upon clicking the menu tab, sub-menu tabs/ buttons open up in the line below.

Upon roll over of the tab there is a small down arrow that has to be clicked to open up the drop down. I do not want the arrow or the drop down menu at all. I only want the sub-menu items to open in the line below as they do by default. I have searched for a long time for the class so I can hide and remove this drop down and arrow. Does anyone else know how to accomplish this task?

This did it for me in extra.css:
.navTabs .navTab.PopupClosed:hover .SplitCtrl {
background: none !important;
}
