I think so - I cant find other troble points and my Xenforo does also not find any errors at the error logs. ;-)

Plugin settings don't work for me. I choose to hide member links. When I press save, it returns to the old setting.

You have any type of caching going on? Sometimes that will present a problem.
Have you checked in the developers console to see if there is an error shown?
Have you checked the XF server logs for any errors?

I have removed all plugins and the problem persists.

I tried in developer mode, no error log

The problem is it doesn't save the selected setting, I tried it in the defaut theme, it's the same
