As designed Member Statistics not reporting all users

I created a Member statistic using User Group "X" and not all the names showed up. After investigation, I realized it did not show the members because they never posted in the forum ...even though I marked the 0 to -1 setting. I disabled the "Show Value setting and then all the names appeared. At least I got it displaying all the names now, but without the user values.

If we're displaying a value, we filter out results where the value is 0.
