For some reason video files have stopped attaching to the media gallery after upload. They upload without error, a thumbnail is created but after the transcoding is performed they do not display. I can find the attachment in the adminCP > Content > Attachments. But they are listed as "unassociated".
The same media will attach to a thread attachment.
I've checked the server logs and don't see any errors. Though I'm not sure I'm looking in the right logs.
How do I fix this?
Edit: uploading of images works fine its just video clips not working.
